1、總述

　　LF型噴淋管是空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中作為加濕或去濕的主要部件。

　　噴淋管采用中進(jìn)水或下進(jìn)水結(jié)構(gòu)，主管采用鍍鋅無(wú)縫鋼管或不銹鋼管，支管采用PVC-U工程塑料管，主管和支管之間采用螺紋聯(lián)接，便于更換或檢修。

　　噴嘴為ABS工程塑料，不銹鋼卡子連接或螺紋連接，具有重量輕，安裝方便、穩(wěn)定牢固，便于檢修、經(jīng)久耐用、永不生銹等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。規(guī)格有Φ3mm～Φ8mm。

As a major part for humidification or dehumidification in air conditioning system, main pipe is made of galvanized seamless steel tube or stainless steel tube, while branch pipe is made of PVC-U engineering plastic. Threaded connection is applied for main and branch pipe linking，which ensures convenient component exchange and maintenance.

Nozzle is made of ABS engineering plastic with stainless steel clip or threaded connection. It has such advantages as light weight, easy installation, stable, convenient maintenance, structural durability and guarantee against rust. Available specifications: Φ3mm～Φ8mm.

4、主要配置

　　主管：不銹鋼無(wú)縫管/鍍鋅無(wú)縫管，支管：PUV塑料管，普通Φ4mm、Φ6mm卡式噴嘴，不銹鋼卡子。Φ6mm羅瓦噴嘴另行標(biāo)明，密度按Φ6mm普通卡式噴嘴布置

Main Configuration: Main pipe: Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe/Galvanizing Seamless Tube; Branch tube: PUV plastic tube, standard Φ4mm,Φ6mm clip nozzle; stainless steel clips. Φ6mm LUWA nozzle need to be indicated specifically, density as normal Φ6mm clip nozzles.

5、技術(shù)參數(shù)：

　　噴淋管中進(jìn)水。設(shè)噴淋室截面B×H，H=3200。

Specifications: Water enters through Spraying pipes. Spraying room section B×H，H=3200.

　　噴淋管高度3200，支管間距450，中進(jìn)水，Φ4/6/8mm噴嘴，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力0.25Mpa。

Height of Spraying pipes 3200, distance between branch pipes 450, middle position water entering, Φ4/6/8mm nozzles, standard pressure 0.25 MPa:

　　寬度5000以上盡量分2段制作安裝(根據(jù)擋水板分段情況)

　　噴淋管高度≤2000時(shí)，可以采用下進(jìn)水或上進(jìn)水方式。

　　用于組合式空調(diào)機(jī)組時(shí),可采用下進(jìn)水方式。

　　下進(jìn)水，上進(jìn)水方式時(shí)，主管間距，噴嘴布置方式與中進(jìn)水方式相同。

Tubes breadth above 5000 should be separated in two sections (according to Water Eliminator sections).

When height of Spraying Pipes less than 2000, below water entering or up water entering is available;

When applied to Air Conditioning Units, below water entering is available;

For below water entering, up water entering, distances between main pipes and nozzle configurations should be the same as middle water entering.

6、外形簡(jiǎn)圖及安裝要求

　　主管上支管接頭焊接牢固，無(wú)虛焊。支管擰緊，端頭密封不漏水，噴嘴角度正確。

　　主管兩端固定，無(wú)晃動(dòng)，法蘭連接緊密，進(jìn)水管安裝順暢。外表做好防銹處理。

　　每根主管安裝有壓力表、溫度計(jì)，調(diào)節(jié)閥門(mén)。

Outline Diagram and Set-up requirement:

Firm welding of branch pipe connectors to main pipes, no cold solder joint. Branch pipes tightened, no leakage at terminal seal. Nozzle angle correct.

Both ends of main pipes fixed, no waggle, tight connection of flanges; smooth set-up of water entering pipes. Rust preventive actions applied to surface.

Each main pipe should have manometer, thermometer, adjustment valve.

7、檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

　　主管兩端固定，無(wú)晃動(dòng)，法蘭連接緊密。

　　進(jìn)水管安裝順暢，走向橫平豎直，并做好支撐。

　　噴嘴無(wú)滴水，霧化效果好。

　　管道上壓力表、溫度表、調(diào)節(jié)閥安裝正確，數(shù)據(jù)指示正確。

Inspection Criteria:

Both ends of main pipes fixed, no waggle, tight connection of flanges; smooth set-up of water entering pipes. Pipes should be straight forward, with good bracing.

No water dripping at the nozzles, good atomization effect.

Correct configuration of manometer, thermometer, adjustment valve, parameters indicate correctly.
